Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you received an item that you did not order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for any price difference, and we will process the exchange once we receive your item.
